Verifone Vx520 paired with a Vx820 (dial or SSL)

Replacement terminal and customer-facing PIN pad package:

• Loaded with EMV-enabling, Vantiv-certified software;

• NFC-enabled;

• Pre-coded for future point-to-point encryption (P2PE) software upgrade;

• PIN Debit-enabled (custom PIN debit key for portability)

• Vantiv Helpdesk Sticker;

• Shipping and handling per package/agency site to be included.

Customer-facing PIN pads for existing EMV-capable terminals:

• EMV-enabled (with agency downloadable, Vantiv-certified software);

• NFC-enabled;

• PIN Debit-enabled (custom PIN debit key for portability);

• Vantiv Helpdesk Sticker;

• Shipping and handling per PIN pad/agency site to be included.

Hardware Warranty All hardware shall include a minimum 12-month warranty against defects. In the event of hardware defects, the vendor shall honor agency warranty claims and deploy, at a minimum, a comparable refurbished model (new model if refurbished is not available). The vendor shall provide all related terms and conditions of its warranty to the Fiscal Service and CAS client agencies.
