About this file
This document is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (PUR 7776) from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE). FDLE is seeking to procure surveillance and detection equipment/software for a five-year period. The equipment and software are related to FDLE's investigative tactics and are confidential in nature. FDLE has identified EPIC iO as the sole provider of the required technology, processes, and specifications that are essential to its investigative mission. The estimated dollar amount for this single-source procurement is $200,000.
The justification for the single-source acquisition is that EPIC iO is the sole provider of the necessary technology, processes, and specifications. FDLE has determined that the commodities or contractual services are only available from this single source. This document is being advertised for the statutorily required 15 business days in accordance with Sections 120.57(3) and 287.057(3), Florida Statutes, to allow any prospective vendors to provide information regarding their ability to supply the required products or services.
