About this file

This document is a description of an intended single source purchase by Citizens Property Insurance Corporation for Exposure Mitigation Services - Continuation of Existing Services. Citizens is seeking to retain the services of Bolt Solutions, Inc. to provide clearinghouse services to confirm statutory eligibility for insurance coverage and enhance access to offers of coverage from private insurance carriers. This 24-month contract with the right to terminate early is needed to ensure continuity of services while Citizens transitions to a replacement clearinghouse platform recently awarded under ITN No. 21-0026. The total contract value is $8,600,000, and the services will be provided statewide in Florida, including the jurisdictions of Leon County and the City of Tallahassee.

The justification for the single source acquisition is the need for continuity of services from the legacy provider Bolt Solutions, Inc. while Citizens completes the implementation of the new clearinghouse platform. Interested vendors are requested to provide information on their ability to provide the required services by February 24, 2023 at 5 PM ET. After reviewing any information received, Citizens will provide notice of its intended decision to enter into a single source contract.
