Interested vendors must demonstrate staffing capability for both services, experience providing diagnostic radiology services, familiarity with applicable standards (MQSA, ACR, TJC, CMS, and IHS), and ability to maintain service continuity with short-notice coverage. Technologists must hold current ARRT certification (with CT certification for CT technologists), MQSA certification for mammography technologists, and current BLS certification. The recommended NAICS code is 621512 (Diagnostic Imaging Centers) with a size standard of $19.0M, and the PSC code is Q522 (Radiology Services). The IHS Contracting Officer will prioritize ISBEE firms under the Buy Indian Act.
