Operating area is worldwide with delivery and redelivery ports at U.S. West Coast Range ports in CHOP (with Selby, CA as the intention). The base charter period runs from 20 AUG 2026 to 19 AUG 2027 (365 days), with three optional years. The cancelling layday is 20 AUG 2026. Interested parties must submit company information (name, CAGE code, contact details, small business status, relevant experience, and security clearance status), vessel details and specifications (name, description, flag, speed, capacity), estimated daily charter rate, fuel consumption rates, delivery/redelivery bonus information if applicable, and any alternative ship features such as CONSUL station installation, anti-terrorism/force protection, CBRN defense, or secure communications suite by 1300 Eastern Time on 15 JUL 2026 via email to Ms. Brittany Miller (brittany.d.miller22.civ@us.navy.mil) or Mr. Jordan Schwaner (jordan.t.schwaner.civ@us.navy.mil).
