About this file

This document is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (PUR 7776) issued by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The agency is seeking to renew the maintenance, hosting, and licensing of the fdacs.gov website, which is currently provided by Marsiglio and Murphy Design Group / Contextual Code. The contract term is from the date of execution through June 30, 2023. The estimated dollar amount for this single-source procurement is up to $194,000.

The justification for the single-source acquisition is that Marsiglio and Murphy Design Group / Contextual Code is the only known vendor able to provide the necessary support services for the FDACS.gov website, which is managed using the EZ Publish content management system and hosted with Contextual Code's support. The agency has determined that the commodities or contractual services are only available from this single source.
