About this file

This document is a Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) issued by the Maryland State Retirement Agency (SRA) for the Hardware 2012 Master Contract. The PORFP is a Small Business Reserve (SBR) procurement seeking proposals for replacing old storage area networks (SANs) at the agency's disaster recovery site. The requested products include the DELL APEX Private Cloud C-50, which is to be delivered within an unspecified timeframe. The PORFP is limited to current Hardware Master Contractors and the proposal is due on February 15, 2023, at 11:00 AM.

The PORFP specifies various requirements, including the need for the master contractor to be an authorized reseller for DELL, provide a Mercury Affidavit, and include a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The evaluation criteria prioritize the lowest price and earliest availability. The award will be made to the most advantageous proposal based on price and the stated evaluation factors.
