QUESTION 1

Is there more technical data available for this power supply? The drawing packaged attached to the solicitation in FBO just has the product specification and none of the engineering drawings, parts lists, schematics, etc. We are interested in actually building these power supplies but would need the full TDP in order to do so. Is this something that will be provided or is the expectation that we would simply find a supplier who already can manufacture these and buy the power supplies from them to re-sell for this contract?

GOVERNMENT RESPONSE

Drawing Number B54E0034-2 is listed on FBO.GOV and contains all the information required to produce the said Power Supply.

The vendor must also be authorized to access Export Control Data:

- Vendor registered at SAM) http://www.sam.gov/Default.aspx

- Vendor registered at JCP and approved to view export control https://public.logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil/PublicHome/jcp/default.aspx The JCP system is the approval authority for export control. The solicitation and the export control documents, even though they are linked together on FBO, are separate downloads for the vendor. The FBO system controls access to the export control attachments by checking with the SAM and JCP systems automatically. If not approved by JCP, access is denied to the export control attachments in FBO.

- Vendor registered at FBO https://www.fbo.gov/

IT IS THE EXPECTATION THAT THE PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTOR PRODUCES THE ITEM BEING SOLICITED.
