About this file
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by DLA Weapons Support at Oklahoma City for aircraft engine and engine parts manufacturing under solicitation SPRTA1-26-R-0106, with an offer deadline of June 12, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
The solicitation seeks the manufacture and delivery of Support-Turbine Duct and Vane Assembly components (NSN: 2840-01-448-7511 NZ) fabricated from nickel alloy. Two bidding options are available: Bid A requires first article testing and approval with a total quantity of 11 units (1 destructive test unit, 2 nondestructive test units, 1 test plan, 1 test report, and 8 production units, for a total of 1,500 units across multiple manufacturers/part numbers), while Bid B eliminates first article requirements and requests 8 production units directly. The contract is firm fixed price with a 30-day price validity period. Delivery is required by December 31, 2026, to DGR002 (primary recipient) with secondary Foreign Military Sales destinations to FA8111 and TBDTBD. The procurement is a rated order under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rated DO: A1, governed by 15 CFR 700, and falls under NAICS code 336412 with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees. Inspection and acceptance occur at origin, with higher-level contract quality requirements per ISO 9001-2015. The Buy American Act/Balance of Payments Program applies, requiring domestic sourcing where feasible. Standard FAR and DFARS contract clauses apply, including provisions for safeguarding covered defense information, labor standards, environmental compliance, and various representations and certifications related to business practices and supply chain security.
