About this file
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by DLA Weapons Support at Oklahoma City for the procurement of new manufactured material roller cylindrical bearings, designated as critical safety items.
The solicitation requests quotations for two line items: Item 0001 for 1 bearing and Item 0002 for 25 bearings, both with National Stock Number 3110-01-253-3236 and manufacturer part numbers R1916E112 and 5014T13P06. The items are designated as critical safety items required for Foreign Military Sales under FMS Case TH-D-RBO. Quotations are due by August 7, 2026, with a firm fixed price and a required delivery timeline of 500 calendar days from award. The contracting officer is Wannie DeBouse, reachable at (405) 855-3523. Both items require origin inspection and acceptance, warranty coverage, contractor responsibility for quality assurance, unique item identification (UID) marking via bag and tag method, and compliance with the Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program. F.O.B. Origin terms apply. The solicitation specifies that offerors must complete required representations and certifications, including compliance with numerous DFARS and FAR clauses addressing areas such as safeguarding covered defense information, cyber incident reporting, trafficking in persons prohibitions, employment eligibility verification, and various military-specific requirements. Pricing is to be held firm for 120 days, and payment will be processed through Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) electronic submission. The NAICS code is 336412 with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees, and this is not a small business set-aside. No contingent fees are permitted for the Foreign Military Sales case.
