Quantity Range A changes from 2–5 each to 27–82 each, and Quantity Range B changes from 6–11 each to 83–137 each. The preamble note on page 3 of the RFP is updated to reflect these new quantity ranges. Additionally, the amendment adds FAR Clause 52.222-90 (Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors), which prohibits racially discriminatory diversity, equity, and inclusion activities in recruitment, employment, contracting, program participation, and resource allocation. The clause requires contractors to furnish compliance information, report subcontractor violations, and includes provisions for contract cancellation or suspension and contractor debarment for noncompliance. The attachment list is updated to reference AFMC 158 Packaging Requirements (dated 16 OCT 26, 4 pages), Transportation Data for Solicitation (dated 16 OCT 26, 1 page), and DD Form 2169 SPI (4 pages). All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged.
