About this file
This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract issued by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) for Distribution Boxes supporting the UH-60 M-D6 Patriot. The solicitation (SPRRA2-26-Q-0001) is set aside exclusively for Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), with a minimum of 3 and maximum of 11 units to be potentially ordered over the contract period. The Distribution Box has NSN 6110-01-609-3447 and manufacturer part number 13646367.
Key contract details include a firm fixed price arrangement, production lot testing requirements, and delivery across five program years from contract award date. The government will evaluate proposals using a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology, with technical acceptability contingent on meeting all solicitation requirements. Contractors must provide detailed cost and pricing information, comply with various federal acquisition regulations, and submit proposals electronically. The contract includes specific requirements for item identification, packaging, and export control compliance, with technical data packages to be provided via the DoD SAFE site.
