Inc 1 Market Basket_12.5.24.xlsx

This file is a market basket spreadsheet listing approximately 16,069 National Stock Numbers (NSNs) and part numbers for KC-46 aircraft consumable parts, which corresponds to a Sources Sought Notice for a potential sole-source contract with Boeing under their existing Captains of Industry (BCOI) contract SPRPA122D001U.

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation at Philadelphia plans to award a fixed-price contract for KC-46 consumable parts support with a 3-year base period and one 2-year option, running from October 8, 2025 through October 7, 2030. Under the NAICS code 336411 (size standard 1500 employees), Boeing would provide comprehensive performance-based supply chain management, including wholesale supply support, consumable support, material management, engineering support, sustainment elements, packaging, storage, and reliability improvements. The contractor must meet specific performance metrics for material availability and deliver supplies to Government wholesale and retail supply points within specified timeframes. While Boeing is the intended prime contractor, interested parties may pursue subcontracting or teaming opportunities, though source approval requirements may impact timing.
