DLA seeks to execute a comprehensive and holistic performance based supply chain management program to support the V-22 platform. Under this comprehensive and holistic approach the contractor will be responsible for the following:
The Contractor will be required to perform program management functions as required to effectively execute a Product Support program that supports the V-22 Product Support Manager’s (PSM’s) overall objectives to:

b. Improve Mission Reliability
c. Improve Aircraft Maintainability
d. Improve Aircraft Readiness

The Contractor will be required to provide forecasting analysis that enables keeping pace with fleet demand growth. The Contractor will be required to provide maintenance planning and Supportability Analysis (SA). The Contractor will be required to provide support efforts to maintain the technical data for a steady-state V-22 publications sustainment, and a steady state Aviation Logistics Environment (ALE) solution. The Contractor will be required to continue the failure reporting process in place and approved by the Government for in- service aircraft not otherwise covered by V-22 production contracts. The Contractor will be required to analyze trends and failures, report Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) and Built-In-test (BIT) metrics and make recommendations for corrective actions to MV-22, CV-22, CMV- 22 and FMS V-22, in-service aircraft through the applicable change process using the V-22 Corrective Action Plan (CAP) process. The Contractor will be required to provide Fleet Training, Training Continuum Integration, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) support. Performance will be for a five year base.
