About this file

This is a DD Form 1423-1, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), which is a federal contracting template used to specify data deliverables required from a contractor. The form documents a single data item requirement for Contract/PR No. #FD2020-26-00402, related to the C-130 Oil Pump Assembly system, with the requiring office identified as 419 SCMS/GUEA (a U.S. Air Force organization).

The required data item is titled "First Article Test/Inspection Procedures and Report" and is based on Data Item Description (DID) DI-NDTI-82326. Submission is required after completion or cancellation of First Article Testing, with distribution limited to USAF personnel. One final copy must be delivered to USAF and one reproducible copy provided per the referenced AFMC Form 260. The contractor must mark documents with Distribution Statement B, restricting distribution to U.S. Government agencies only, and include export control warnings regarding Arms Export Control Act and Export Administration Act restrictions. The estimated total price for this data item is $0.00, indicating no separate cost allocation. The form was prepared by Brady Blomquist of 419 SCMS/GUEA on February 26, 2006 (20260331), and approved by Virgil Carol Brandi on the same date.
