About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) from the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation, the F-22 Program Office, and the Enterprise Hill Commodity Council (EHCC) regarding a potential Actuator Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contract for consumable parts support and remanufacture of the F-22 Actuator.

The RFI seeks to identify potential sources that have unassisted access to the necessary technical data, are capable and qualified in satisfying the requirement, and can provide the needed cataloging and provisioning data. The government is looking to enhance competition by identifying contracting and subcontracting opportunities. Respondents are requested to provide information on their company's experience, qualifications, and ability to deliver the required data elements for this effort. The government is also interested in understanding the risks and mitigation strategies, as well as the respondents' repair/remanufacture capabilities and transition time for performing on this contract. The RFI includes a list of the relevant National Stock Numbers (NSNs) and states that the government does not have complete, unrestricted data packages available.
