About this file
This is Amendment 0001 to Solicitation SPRDL1-26-Q-0061, issued by DLA Weapons Support (Warren) on April 8, 2026. The amendment makes two technical corrections to the original solicitation dated March 25, 2026.
The first correction modifies Clause ES6019 regarding the use of MIL-STD 1916 for inspection and acceptance of supplies. The Verification Level (VL) requirements are changed from "VL IV for major characteristics and VL II for minor characteristics" to "VL II for major characteristics and VL I for minor characteristics." The second correction updates Clause 252.204-7025 (Notice of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Level) to specify that the required CMMC level is CMMC Level 2 (Self), replacing the previous blank placeholder that allowed for multiple certification level options. This is a Firm Fixed Price supply contract procurement administered by Mark Kowalski (ZGCA/(385)591-0893). Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or face potential rejection of their offers. The amendment does not extend the deadline for receipt of offers.

(1) Rework - The reprocessing of nonconforming material to make it conform completely to the drawings, specifications or contract requirements.
(2) Repair - The reprocessing of nonconforming material in accordance with approved written procedures and operations to reduce, but not completely eliminate, the nonconformance.
