About this file
This document is an Amendment of Solicitation for a Cable Assembly, modifying solicitation SPRDL1-23-Q-0043 issued by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Warren. The amendment extends the solicitation closing date from 04 April 2023 to 29 April 2025 and requires contractors to complete and submit a Request for Variance (RFV) form STRYKER_V_0006 with their offer. The procurement is for 16 cable assemblies (NSN: 6150-01-502-4374, Manufacturer Part Number: 12484829) with a firm fixed price contract type, and includes an unexercised option quantity of 16 additional units. Delivery is specified to DLA Land Warren in Warren, MI, with inspection and acceptance required at the origin, and contractors must contact DCMA to arrange government inspection before shipping.
The amendment updates various contract clauses to their current versions and provides instructions for offerors. The solicitation is set up as a competitive procurement with potential small business set-aside considerations, as evidenced by the detailed representations and certifications sections. Contractors must comply with numerous federal requirements, including provisions related to Buy American regulations, balanced payments program, child labor restrictions, and telecommunications equipment restrictions. The procurement appears to be for a cable assembly with purchased parts, and offerors must carefully review and complete all required representations, certifications, and the specific Request for Variance form.
