About this file
This is a map image showing the National Guard State Partnership Program (SPP) depicting 105 partnerships with 115 partner nations as of December 12, 2024. The map uses color-coding to show different regional groupings of partner countries, with a comprehensive listing of partnerships organized by region in tables below the world map.
The program appears to be divided into distinct regional security zones: SOUTHCOM (South America), NORTHCOM (North America), EUCOM (Europe), CENTCOM (Central Asia/Middle East), INDOPACOM (Indo-Pacific), and AFRICOM (Africa). Each partnership is listed with its corresponding state abbreviation and the year the partnership was established, ranging from early partnerships in 1993 to more recent ones in 2024. The legend indicates that some relationships are dormant partnerships, marked with asterisks. The file includes both DOD and National Guard Bureau official seals, suggesting this is an official program document.
