About this file
This is a Security Agreement for the Protection of Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (NNPI) related to solicitation SPMYM327Q2006/SPMYM327P2006. The agreement establishes security protocols for contractors who will receive sensitive specifications and documents marked as containing controlled information pursuant to federal law. Recipients acknowledge they will use the materials solely for preparing quotations or processing orders and agree not to transmit specifications outside their company or to any foreign nationals within the organization. All specifications must be maintained under surveillance and kept secure to prevent unauthorized access by individuals without legitimate need-to-know status. Contractors are prohibited from copying the specifications and must return all materials in their entirety to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard upon contract completion. The agreement requires authorized personnel to sign and date the document, with a DD Form 2345 attached as an enclosure.
The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard issued this security agreement in conjunction with a solicitation for Stationary Tapered Keys (FSC Code 6115, NAICS 335312) with a small business standard of 1,250 employees. The procurement requires CMMC Level 2 (Self) certification, and only quotes from contractors with active certification will be considered. Offerors must complete and include provision 252.204-7016 with their proposals. This combined synopsis/solicitation uses the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation method with no set-aside, and vendor responsibility will be determined through SPRS screening in accordance with FAR 9.104.
