555 Pacific Ave (Drawing0 Furniture Kit.pdf

These are architectural floor plan drawings for a multi-story building, specifically showing dimensional plans for the first through fourth floors. Each floor plan is drawn at a 1/8" = 1'-0" scale and includes detailed layouts of workstations, offices, meeting areas, breakrooms, printer stations, and lobby spaces. The plans use color-coded annotations to indicate different design elements and include standard architectural features like stairs, elevators, bathrooms, and a curved section on the building's right side. The drawings are professionally rendered architectural documents, labeled with floor numbers, compass orientation, and technical drawing metadata, with document numbers A-101 through A-104.

The floor plans correspond to the federal contract opportunity for a Furniture Kit procurement by the Defense Logistics Agency Land & Maritime for a space located at 555 Pacific Avenue in Bremerton, WA. The solicitation seeks furniture for 118 workstations, 23 offices, breakrooms, training rooms, printer stations, and lobby areas, including full installation services. The project also requires telecommunications infrastructure, specifically installing data and phone service cables for each workstation. This is currently a sources sought notice (pre-solicitation) targeting potential small business contractors, with responses due by 10:00 AM on 10 Jun 2025, and will be evaluated to determine procurement method and potential small business set-aside.
