SPECIFICATION SHEET

Mountain Home AFB, ID

E/E Backshop 8 Bottle Oxygen Cart w/Booster

5 June 2025

1. GENERAL: The 366th Maintenance Squadron Electrical and Environmental Backshop located on Mountain Home AFB, ID requires one (1) eight-bottle oxygen cart with built in nitrogen powered booster for flightline operations.

2. MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS: The cart must comply with the following specifications:

2.1. Oxygen Cart

2.1.1. Cart Dimensions: 105” L x 45” W x 44” H

2.1.2. Must be towable with pintle hook

2.1.3. Power Supply: Nitrogen powered booster

2.1.4. Must be compatible to hold (8) eight oxygen tanks

2.2. Nitrogen Powered Oxygen Booster

2.2.1. 14" L x 9.4" H x 8.9" W

2.2.2. Input & output hoses required: stainless steel/Teflon 4-rated to 3,000 psi

2.2.3 Booster output rating: 2,200 psig

2.2.4 Oxygen booster ratio: 30:1

2.2.5 Flow rate: 20-25 SCFM2.1.5.

2.3 Oxygen cart shall come preassembled with booster already connected

3. TRAINING: Manufacturer will supply all training material and/or manuals.

3.1. Following delivery of the asset, the manufacturer shall provide technical support if there are any issues either by telephone, online, or in person.

3.2 Manufacturer must make known all future inspection criteria at the time of delivery.

4. SPECIFICS:

4.1. Shipping must be included in the quotation.

4.1.1. Manufacturer shall deliver to Electrical and Environmental Backshop – 920

Phantom Ave Bldg 920 Rm 109, Mountain Home AFB ID, 83648

4.1.2. Delivery will be no later than 3 months after date of contract (ADC).

4.1.3. Contractor will provide own unloading capabilities.

5. OPERATIONS SECURITY: The contractor shall comply with 366 FW OPSEC requirements and countermeasures to protect critical information as defined in AFI 10-701, Operations Security. Contractors shall receive unit specific OPSEC briefing prior to the start of work.

Briefing documentation must be completed by the respective unit OPSEC coordinator. The unit OPSEC personnel will provide guidance on protecting critical information, training materials and other instructions as needed. The contractor will comply with the 366 FW OPSEC Policy that imposes a 100% shred requirement of all government related paper products using NSA approved devices only.
