About this file

This document outlines specifications for hyperspectral imaging software. The software must support automatic model building using machine learning, labelling and annotation tools, scalability to hundreds of scans, Windows 10 and Linux operating systems, GUI development, runtime DLL support, integration with several spectral camera models, exporting models for runtime execution and batch data extraction, applying models to live camera streams, both line-scan and snapshot processing, multi-core CPU and GPU computation, real-time processing, common file formats, user custom development, and NVIDIA CUDA or OpenCL.

The related federal contract opportunity is solicitation number 12405B23Q0569 for software design and development services from the Department of Agriculture Agricultural Research Service Field Research Implementation and Information Delivery agency.
