Scope of Work

Minimum Requirements

One (1) fully assembled 2024 22’ foot aluminum boat with:

· Beam – 102”

· Side Height – 30 inches

· Bottom width – 78”

· Deadrise – 14-degree tapered radius

· Fuel Capacity – 73 gallons

· Standard Power –6.2 Liter Engine

· Standard Pump – The pump must be intended for use with gasoline engines, have a “turbo impeller” or dual stage impeller, have a maximum power to RPM ratio of 350/3950-4500 have a 15.4lbs intake block and a dry weight of 165lbs.

· Side thickness – 0.125

· Bottom thickness – 0.250

· Transom Thickness – 0.190

· Box Girder Thickness – 0.160

· Boat color – ½ white outside paint and Granite color with clear canvas

· Carpet color – Charcoal

· Carpeted Interior Sides and dash

· Marine Vinyl Floor

· Upgrade to heavy duty suspension Air Ride Seats (2)

· Horn

· LED Navigation Lights

· Dual marine heavy duty batteries with cut-off switch (off-1-2-Both)

· 2 bilge pumps and auto switch (1,100 gal.)

· Bilge Blower

· "Castle Logo" at bow sides add: “Sacramento District For Official Use Only” Rendering of size and placement of logo and lettering to be approved by Government prior to placement on the vessel

· LIVE fish finder: Pure white LED, 1280Hx800W display resolution, 12in display size, 1200Nits screen brightness, 80 degree top/bottom, 85 degrees left/right viewing angles, GPS, MFD, Full Multi-touch touchscreen and Keypad; 8-way directional keypad; ZOOM +/-, EXIT,ENTER,MENU,SWAP PANEL,WPT,LIGHT/POWER with Active Imaging 3-in-1 transducer included

· Custom Rack and Pinion Steering 3/4 turn lock to lock

· 6' locking gunnel port storage compartment

· Drop curtain with boots for storage

· 6' 6"Hard Frame/lodge style top with side curtains, roof railing, dome light, grab handles, and 52" storage trays

· Two (2) rear and two (2) front White Spreader LED Deck/Marine Lights

- Minimum 1300 lumen L12V 18W or equivalent

- Mounted on frame top outboard of the light bar in a manner to illuminate the rear deck and bow -Stainless steel mounting hardware

- Independently switched to allow all lights to be on at the same time and labeled front and rear from the siren/light control head

· Two (2) White Spreader LED Deck/Marine Lights, one facing port and one facing starboard

- Minimum 1300 lumen 12V 18W or equivalent

- Mounted on frame top outboard of the light bar in a manner to illuminate the port and starboard sides of the vessel

- Stainless steel mounting hardware -Independently switched and labeled left and right from the siren/emergency light control head

· Intake clean out system (stomp grate)

· 3 - 8" cleats welded on each gunnel

· 2 - 18"X36" aluminum storage box seats with cushions & folding backs with stops – Boxes to be lockable

· Siren w/PA/hailer, speaker, siren, and light controls, PA mounted in front of port bulkhead Remote surface mount control head and microphone mounted on dash with the amplifier mounted under the dash

· Permanent mount 42-inch Blue LED light system Single Color, Red, Blue, Amber, or White 2 blue LED lights in transom

· Radio & antenna supplied by customer & installed - quick disconnect

· Wash down pump system, with hose and nozzle

· 2 - red/white dome lights

· Kill switch and lanyard

1. The Contractor shall provide two keys and lanyards for the Ranger Patrol Boat.

2. Warranty - The boat shall have a minimum ten-year (10) warranty on the boat hull; three-year (3) warranty on the engine; and one-year (1) warranty on the jet pump.

3. The Contractor will test the Patrol Boat prior to pick up.

4. The Contractor will provide a highway safe towing trailer. The trailer shall be an all-welded aluminum tandem axle trailer with Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW)bunks and side guides, galvanized rims, dual wheel tongue jack, winch, LED lights, rubber torsion suspension axles, Vault oil bath hubs, disc surge brakes both axles, spare tire, rim, and mount for trailer (15" tires are standard).

Authorities

No person other than the Government Contracting Officer has the authority to make any changes to this contract action that impact cost or schedule. Authority from the Contracting Officer to the Contractor to make changes that impact cost or schedule will be in the form of an official signed modification.

Invoices

The Government shall pay the Contractor upon submission of proper invoices for supplies delivered and accepted or services rendered and accepted for the portion of work actually performed under this contract. Invoices shall be submitted as follows:
