About this file

This is a federal solicitation document for a soil conditioning attachment (power rake) required by the Detroit River International Wildlife Refuge. The specification document (RFQ 140FS226Q0032) details requirements for a high-flow, 84-inch skid-steer attachment compatible with a Bobcat T770 that must feature a carbide-tipped drum for pulverizing clumps, windrowing debris, and creating smooth finishes.

The minimum specifications include a length of at least 67.9 inches, a minimum of 141 carbide-tipped teeth, hydraulic angle capability of 25 degrees left or right, a width when fully angled of at least 76 inches, and a flow range between 30 and 37 GPM. The attachment must weigh at least 1,268 pounds, have an overall width of 98.2 inches or greater, and a height of 29.7 inches or more. Required functional features include high-flow capability, a direct-drive hydraulic motor without chains, bidirectional drum rotation, hydraulic depth control from the cab, an oscillating bolster, removable box blade end wings, a rubber material retention flap, universal skid-steer quick-attach mounting, and a 7-pin electrical harness. The attachment must be compatible with the Bobcat T770's hydraulic system (standard flow ~23 GPM, high flow ~36.6 GPM, pressure ~3,500 psi). All submitted offers must meet or exceed listed specifications, and units must be fully assembled with all accessories installed and ready for use upon delivery. Offerors are required to include estimated delivery date and country of origin in their quotes.
