Materials required to replace existing greenhouse cooling system with a Quietaire or equivalent, stainless steel evaporative pad cooling system. The system will sit on masonry blocks slightly above grade. Greenhouse sidewall is 48” tall by 104’ long. Cooling pads need to be 4” thick. Removal of existing unit and installation of new unit will be done by the Government.

System specifications:

· (1) 104’ long x 7” deep and 6” tall stainless steel self-contained water trough

· (1) standard bleed off drain to prevent buildup of salts & minerals

· (1) Dare-O-Matic, or equivalent, float valve with water hose attachment for auto refill

· (2) 48” tall x 4” wide stainless steel pad end covers

· (104) cross fluted, cellulose, 48” tall x 4” thick x 12” wide non-coated pads (Munters CELdek® or equivalent)

· (1) 1 HP centrifugal pump, 115/230v ,14.4/7.2 amps

· (1) Quietaire, or equivalent, top of system water distribution kit

· All fasteners, brackets, clamps and other accessories necessary for complete system

Girts:

· (9) Kool Cell or equivalent, girts, 12’ sections for top of system

· (8) Kool Cell or equivalent, clamp and tab assembly for girts Site visits

· (3) site visits by equipment supplier to provide installation advice, inventory completeness check and documentation. Once at beginning of installation, once in the middle of installation and once toward the end of installation.

All parts MUST fit together to make a working, complete stainless steel evaporative pad cooling system. List of parts and a description of parts included required in bid.
