Madison Wetland Management District has a requirement for a compact all-terrain tracked carrier. That is designed for challenging worksites, including mud, sand, snow, steep slopes, and sensitive terrain with the following minimum salient characteristics:

Engine:

- Water-cooled, 4-cylinder diesel engine

- Output: 46 HP / 34.3 kW

Performance:

- Hydrostatic transmission (HST), 2-pump / 2-motor

- Travel Speed: Low 0–3.5 mph, High 0–6.8 mph
