This is a Memorandum for Record containing detailed furniture specifications for the 90th Missile Wing at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming. The document specifies furniture requirements for Buildings 327 and 328 across four functional areas: classroom spaces, emergency response operations, emergency operations center, and staff office space.

Building 327 classroom specifications include 30 economy training tables (white top, gray frame, 250-lb capacity), 100 classroom chairs (dark blue seat, black back and frame, 300-lb capacity meeting ANSI-BIFMA X5.1 standards), and two full-height walnut lecterns engraved with the Department of the Air Force Seal. Building 327 response operations specifications require 15 closed bookshelf kiosks/wardrobes (light tone, 18-22 gauge steel) and eight cabinet/lateral files (black, steel construction). Building 328 operations center specifications call for 24 console station desks (oak, left pedestal configuration with locking drawers and cable management), 14 transaction counters (oak), and 24 high-back ergonomic chairs with integrated headrests, mesh backs, and 300-lb weight capacity. Building 328 staff office space requires complex U-shaped workstations in multiple configurations (left return, right return, with tower cabinets and overhead storage), shared workstations accommodating two personnel each, wardrobe tower cabinets, transaction counters, bookcases, file cabinets, mobile pedestals, anti-fatigue floor mats, sit-to-stand desk converters, a 144"W x 48"D panel-base conference table, and additional ergonomic chairs (both high-back and mid-back styles with identical specifications to operations center chairs).

The contract includes separate line items (CLINs) for freight charges, setup/installation fees, and removal/palletization fees for old furniture. The contractor must remove existing furniture from specified rooms prior to new furniture installation, deliver all items to designated building entrances at F.E. Warren Air Force Base (5907 10th Cavalry Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82005), complete all removal, delivery, setup, installation, and disposal activities within 120 calendar days of award, and coordinate with 90 CES/CEX Logistics Element with 14-day advance notification. The contractor is responsible for all furniture disposal, packing material removal, site debris cleanup, and off-base disposal of materials at no cost to the Government. All work must be performed Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Contractor personnel require security clearances and base passes obtained through DBIDS registration and the Visitor Control Center. The Government will conduct quality assurance inspections and reject any damaged, scratched, dented, or broken furniture, with the contractor responsible for replacement at no Government cost.
