Parts must be packed in new commercial-grade containers per ASTM D3951-98 with specific requirements for wood framing, stainless steel fasteners, and moisture-tight seals where applicable. All large boxes and crates require specific stenciled markings including stock number, item name, part number, contract number, delivery order number, shipping weight, condition code, and quantity. The supplier must maintain a documented quality management system per ASQ Q9001-2008 with inspection documentation available for Coast Guard review. Shipment is directed to US Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center at 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Building 88, Baltimore, Maryland 21226.
