Specification Sheet

0001). Provide and deliver two (2) combination hydraulic rescue tools with the following requirements:

Tool weight shall not exceed 53lbs without the battery installed.

Tool shall operate on the M-18 Milwaukee battery platform Tool maximum spread distance shall be 16.5 inches or greater.

Tool max spread force shall exceed 280,000lbs.

Tool blade opening shall exceed 10 inches Tool maximum cut force shall exceed 150,000lbs.

Tool shall meet NFPA 1936-2020 edition and pass NFPA cut test A8,B7,C8,D8,E9,F5.

Tool will have an IP rating of 54 or better.

Shall include two (2) 18v 8ah Milwaukee batteries.

Shall include one (1) dual rapid charger and mounting bracket.

0002). Provide and deliver two (2) Spreader hydraulic rescue tools with the following requirements:

Tool weight shall not exceed 50lbs without the battery installed.

Tool shall operate on the M-18 Milwaukee battery platform Tool maximum spread distance shall be 27 inches or greater.

Tool max spread force range shall be at least 57,000lbs to 225,000lbs Tool maximum pull distance shall exceed 18 inches Tool maximum pull force shall exceed 10,000lbs Tool shall meet NFPA 1936-2020 edition.

Tool will have an IP rating of 54 or better.

0003). Provide and deliver two (2) Cutter hydraulic rescue tools with the following requirements:

Tool weight shall not exceed 53lbs without the battery installed.

Tool shall operate on the M-18 Milwaukee battery platform Tool maximum cut force shall exceed 280,000lbs.

Tool blade opening shall exceed 7.5 inches.

Tool shall meet NFPA 1936-2020 edition and pass NFPA cut test A8,B9, C9, D9, E9, F5 Tool will have an IP rating of 54 or better.

0004). Provide and deliver two (2) Ram hydraulic rescue tools with the following requirements:

Tool weight shall not exceed 42lbs without the battery installed.

Tool shall operate on the M-18 Milwaukee battery platform.

Tool maximum extension distance shall exceed 40 inches.

Tool maximum pushing force shall exceed 36,000lbs Tool shall be capable of securely attaching extensions.

Tool shall meet NFPA 1936-2020 edition Tool will have an IP rating of 54 or better.

0005). Provide and deliver two (2) ram extension kits with the following requirements:

Kit shall include 6 inch, 12 inch and 18 inch base extensions Kit shall also include necessary adapters to attach to provided ram All ram extension kit parts shall be enclosed in a hard sided sealed case with foam cutouts to minimize movement.
