SPECIFICATIONS

I BACKGROUND

The USDA, ARS, Plant Genetic Resources Unit in Geneva, NY requires a Contractor to furnish and deliver a pneumatic tire forklift (Standard Package.) This forklift will be used in the maintenance of Germplasm collections.

II. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS.

IV. Delivery and System Installation

1. System Footprint. The system will be moved in place by the contractor. Location of equipment: 2865 Preemption Road, Geneva, NY 14456

1. Utilities. N/A

1. Delivery. The Contractor shall furnish and deliver the equipment and documentation to the USDA, ARS, NAA, PGRU, 2865 Pre-Emption Rd Geneva, NY 14456 and the P.O. number, within one hundred and twenty (120) days after the receipt of the purchase order. Delivery shall be between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excl. federal holidays. The Contractor shall provide the addressee advance notification of delivery. Such notice shall be provided in writing, not less than two (2) weeks prior to delivery. The Contractor shall provide at least 24 hours advance notice to the requester prior to actual delivery. Collect calls will not be accepted.

V. Training and Documentation

Documentation. The Contractor shall provide one (1) copy each of the operations, repair, maintenance, lubrication, service instructions, and operating instructions, submitted upon delivery of the equipment.

VI. Warranty. The Contractor shall provide a one year, on-site, non-consumable parts and labor warranty on the equipment. The Contractor shall provide a copy of the warranty for each item with their offer.

VII PRICE. Price must include equipment (fork truck Model FG20N5-LE), shipping costs, delivery to site, warranty (1) year and or 2,000 hours on Parts/Labor depending on Planned Maintenance Program, Operations Manual & Training
