Conviron model PGC-FLEX Plant Growth Chamber, including installlation, as per specifications
2 1 ea LED Light intensity approximately 1300 micromoles/m²/s on top tier and 750 micromoles/m²/s on middle tier measured at a distance of 6”. Broadband spectrum for plant growth using Fluence PhysioSpec Indoor LED fixtures and supplemental far red LED. Broad spectrum is controlled by closed loop dimming. Far red is controlled by open loop dimming. Temperature range becomes +10°C to +35°C lights ON. The LI-
190R replaces the traditional Quantum sensor, providing improved performance, high stability and greater sensitivity
SNH Spray Nozzle Humidification: Range: Up to
90% RH lights OFF and 75% RH lights ON, limited by a +25°C maximum dew point (empty chamber).
Additive humidity through use of spray nozzles.
Control: ±3% RH. System uses a dry humidity sensor to directly measure humidity in
%RH. Spray nozzles require 60 psi (4.2 bar) pressure and must be supplied with reverse osmosis water.
Water resistivity must be between 0.01 to 0.02 Meg ohm-cm (MΩ- cm). Maximum water usage to maintain specified levels is 4 litres/hr. If the above water pressure is not available, the CPSNH option is required to supply necessary pressure
Provide misters for all three tiers. Misting infrastructure shall be able to be easily attached/detached to each of the three growth tiers.
Tubing and mister materials shall consider UV degradation. Connect to a solenoid for operation via the existing CMP6060

SPECIFICATIONS CONVIRON MODEL PGC-
FLEX GROWTH CHAMBER
1.0 Control System - Conviron CMP6060:
1.1 General1: The CMP6060 v6.0 control system is a robust industrial grade control system that is designed specifically for plant growth chambers and rooms. ts intuitive color touch screen interface and limitless scalability make it a reliable, flexible and user friendly system.
1.2 Programming: The CMP6060 is capable of storing up to 16 real-time user-entered programs each containing up to 48 lines with one minute resolution. Each program defines a single 24-hour period. Programs are then entered into a "Schedule" (a sequence of up to 8 program entries) to create a single day, multi day, or seasonal schedule. Programs are entered via a high resolution color touch-screen display.
1.3 Process Control Mode: All chamber process transitions occur in STEP mode, with the exception of temperature, which can be set to either STEP or global ramp
(gRAMP) mode.
1.4 Data Logging and Graphing:
1.4.1 Local Data: The data available at the local display screen includes up to seven chamber variables such as temperature, humidity, lighting and CO2.
Parameters are all logged automatically every 30 seconds and can be viewed in the form of Trend graphs. Trend graphs can be viewed, with up to five days of history, directly on the local display screen for both 'set-point' and 'actual' values. Zoom and Pan Functions provide additional visualization tools allowing the User to precisely and accurately view and access the data. A cursor can be used to display the value and the setpoint at the cursor location.

1.4.2 The data available remotely is more substantial and includes every input and output parameter being monitored and controlled. Data is automatically logged and log rate can be set in multiples of 6 seconds regardless of the number of parameters. This provides unprecedented data resolution for the
User while it also benefits service personnel. Log data is accessed in several ways:
• A network-connected PC (Note: Requires WEBCARD option on GEN
Series products, sold separately)
• An internet-enabled PC (Note: Requires WEBCARD option on GEN
Series products, sold separately)
• Conviron's Central Management™ System (sold separately)
1.4.3 Trend data can also be downloaded through the USB port of the chamber touch screen. Chamber data archived on the touch screen is logged every 30 seconds with up to fifteen days of history.
1 All performance control tolerances including temperature, humidity, CO2 are based on steady state conditions. Environmental conditions will fluctuate during programmed transitions between set points, and return to control tolerances once steady-state conditions resume.

1.5 Alarms: Audible and color coded visual alarms are provided. User-settable absolute alarms for all controlled processes and User-settable process tracking alarms for temperature are available for the User to determine how tightly they want to monitor the experiment. n addition, there are also "built in" alarms available for chamber component monitoring. Alarm history is logged to daily text files easily retrievable from any Ethernet connected computer (either with or without a Central
Management™) or through the local control screen (last 15 alarm events).
1.6 Security: Password-protected levels are reserved for users, administrators and service personnel. The CMP is capable of storing up to 50 unique names and passwords for user and administrator profiles.
1.7 Start-Up Delay: Chambers can be programmed with varying restart times to reduce start-up loads after a power failure.
1.8 Communications: Ethernet connectivity is delivered with every controller.
Controller, mask and Host P address are easily settable from the Status screen. The controller is shipped communications-ready.
1.9 Auxiliary and Central Alarm Contacts: Alarm contacts for connection to a building management system or (optional) auto dialer.
1.10 The chamber local display can be mirrored on Conviron's Central Management™
System (sold separately) allowing remote support, training and access to all the local chamber functions remotely.
1.11 Lighting Run Times: The controller tracks the amount of time (in hours) each lighting output has been ON. The run time of each output can be viewed and reset using the local display.
