About this file

This is a Special Terms and Conditions document for equipment procurement issued by McKinney Independent School District in Texas for RFP2024-11-625 regarding a Slaughter Elementary Kitchen Equipment Refresh project. The solicitation requires vendors to submit proposals that include complete warranty and maintenance agreements for each piece of equipment being offered, with pricing for extended warranty options clearly detailed. Vendors must also complete all delivery, installation, removal, and disposal line items, providing comprehensive cost breakdowns for delivery to loading dock, delivery with liftgate service, installation services, removal of existing equipment, and disposal fees. If equipment requires connection services, vendors must itemize those costs separately in the supplier notes.

All costs associated with bringing equipment to the site and preparing it for operational use must be clearly identified and priced individually to enable accurate evaluation of proposals.
