About this file

This document is the Special Terms and Conditions for a contract for goods and nonprofessional services issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia. The contract is for the supply and delivery of a New Holland Box Spreader - 155MBS to the Virginia Department of Forestry's Augusta Nursery. Substitutions of like equivalents will not be accepted, as the nursery staff are trained on this specific make and model and keep parts in stock. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and the agency reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part, as well as to cancel the contract with 60 days' written notice. Delivery is required within 60 calendar days of receipt of order.

The contract includes standard terms such as an audit requirement, eVA order and transaction fee, and a 30-day bid acceptance period. Pricing terms are not specified, but the contract states that evaluation will be based on net prices, with unit prices governing in case of arithmetic errors. There is no mention of any set-asides, incumbents, or funding requirements and sources.
