About this file

This is a Public Notice of Special Procurement issued by the State of Oregon's Department of Administrative Services (DAS) on behalf of the Workday Oregon Team, announcing the approval of Special Procurement #REQ-10700-00090965 for expert support services in configuring and updating the state's payroll and human resources systems within the Workday solution. The procurement was approved under Oregon Revised Statutes 279B.085(5) and 279B.400 and corresponding administrative rules. This notice explicitly states that this is not an opportunity to submit a proposal but rather a public notification of an already-approved special procurement. The notice does not include information regarding project timelines, response dates, site visits, bidders' meetings, or contract term details, as these elements are not applicable to a procurement approval notification.

Affected persons may file a written protest to the State Chief Procurement Officer within seven calendar days of the first public notice date. Protests must include a detailed statement of legal and factual grounds, a description of resulting harm, and the relief requested, and must be submitted either by mail to the Oregon Department of Administrative Services at 1225 Ferry Street SE, Salem, OR 97301, or by email to egs.pscustomercare@das.oregon.gov with the subject line identifying the special procurement number. The agency's single point of contact for questions regarding the procurement is Ashley Wenger, State Procurement Analyst, reachable at (971) 719-0322 or Ashley.V.Wenger@das.oregon.gov. The notice does not contain information regarding pricing, set-asides, incumbent contractors, funding sources, or other contractual terms.
