About this file
This is a Special Notice of Intent announcing the Defense Health Agency's (DHA) plan to negotiate a sole source firm-fixed-price bridge contract with Amyx, Inc. for Contracting Support Services. The bridge contract will extend the current task order HT005019F0001 for a base period from February 15, 2025, through August 14, 2025, with an Option to Extend Services clause (FAR 52.217-8).

The NAICS code is 541990 with a $19.5M business size standard. This notice explicitly states it is not a request for quotations, and no solicitation document will be issued. Responses can be directed to the specified contracting officials at Fort Sam Houston, TX.
