The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Natick Division in support of the PEO Soldiers SMD intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Beckman Coulter Inc. (BCI) located at 250 S. Kraemer Blvd., Brea CA 92821, under the authority as prescribed in 10 United States Code 3204(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii).

Discontinuing this program and awarding to another software provider will result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency’s requirements that would leave the warfigher without the capability to detect and treat illnesses.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 325413 and the size standard is 1000 employees.
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available.
