The Department of the Interior (DOI) – Bureau of Land Management (BLM), National Operations Center (NOC), in support of the Socorro Field Office intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Boss Tanks, Inc., located at 7861 E. Idaho Street, P.O. Box 70, Elko, NV 89803, under the authority as prescribed in FAR 13.106(b)(1). The requirement is for the purchase of Boss Wildlife Water Catment Tanks.
Based on Market Research, Boss Tanks, Inc., is the only company that provides Boss Wildlife Water Catment Tanks. In addition to the resource management goal of providing water where wildlife populations or habitat use are limited by lack of water.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 237110 and the size standard is $45M.
