Three specific appraisals are identified: (1) National Park Service appraisal in Stehekin, Washington, to establish market value for property (tracking number 44049686); (2) Bureau of Land Management appraisal in San Bernardino, California, for potential property acquisition (tracking number 44050082); and (3) Bureau of Land Management appraisal in San Luis Obispo, California, for potential property acquisition (tracking number 44051229). Specific requirements will be detailed in future solicitations. The Government will use price as the primary selection factor and award to the technically acceptable quote presenting the lowest price; however, past experience and past performance may be utilized at the Government's sole discretion to justify awarding to other than the lowest-priced quote. Interested contractors must maintain active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) at the time of quote submission and award and possess the necessary licenses and professional qualifications required to perform appraisal services in the state(s) for which they submit quotations. Interested contractors should email AQDSAT@ibc.doi.gov by Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 3:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time, indicating their business size and specifying which appraisals they intend to bid on. If fewer than two small businesses respond under NAICS 531320 for any of the appraisals, the Government reserves the right to issue the solicitation(s) on an unrestricted basis. This announcement may serve as the only notice issued for the appraisal services identified.
