About this file

This is a Special Events 2027 procurement document for the State of New York. The solicitation seeks a contractor to provide special events services for the 2027 calendar year. The document outlines requirements for planning, coordinating, and executing special events, though specific event details, quantities, and logistics are not enumerated in the available file excerpts. No bidders' meetings, site visits, or specific response and due dates are detailed in the provided documentation. The contract term spans 2027, with potential renewal options to be determined based on performance and budgetary considerations.

The procurement indicates no business enterprises have been awarded an identical or substantially similar contract within the past five years, establishing this as an open competition opportunity without incumbent contractors. Specific pricing terms, set-asides, and funding sources are not detailed in the available file content. Additional contract specifications including detailed scope of work, budget allocations, evaluation criteria, and award timeline should be referenced in the complete solicitation documents for prospective bidders seeking to submit proposals.
