About this file

This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) issued by DLA Troop Support for a single line item procuring 13 disk drive units (NSN 7025-01-699-1261, CAGE 0MJF9, Mercury Systems, Inc. Part Number 531-121183-L03). The quotation deadline is October 23, 2026, with delivery required 30 days after date of order (ADO) to DLA Distribution San Joaquin in Tracy, California. This is not a small business set-aside. Quotations must be submitted electronically via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. The solicitation uses simplified acquisition procedures under 41 U.S.C. 1901 and Class Deviation 2026-O0028 implementing the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Parts 12 and 12.201-1. Micropurchase quotes may be awarded prior to the return date unless the solicitation is designated for auctioning.

The procurement is subject to the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program unless the acquisition is for Foreign Military Sales or has an APO/FPO ship-to address. Quotation validity must extend 90 days from the issue date unless otherwise indicated. The RFQ incorporates technical and quality requirements from the DLA Master List, including packaging requirements (MIL-STD-2073-1E), marking standards (MIL-STD-129), and restrictions on mercury or mercury-containing compounds except for functional mercury in specific applications as defined by NAVSEA. Payment instructions require use of the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system for invoice and receiving report submission. Applicable representations and certifications include the Buy American and Balance of Payments Program Certificate (DFARS 252.225-7000), Notice of Small Business Reserve (FAR 52.219-31), Employment Reports on Veterans (FAR 52.222-37), and Sustainable Products (FAR 52.223-23).
