The Storefront shall operate as a small industrial supply store.

Storefront space shall be provided by the customer in accordane with the Statement of Work for the Anniston storefront.

Hours of operation shall generally be Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM Local Time (40 hour work week).

The operation of the Storefront shall require three employees which include two Warehouse Material Coordinators and one Site Manager. Please note column C identifies the number of employees required under the Column B "employee Job Title". The job descriptions for these employees are listed in Column D.Warehouse Material Coordinator2Warehouse Material Coordinator is responsible for managing material inventory and delivery functions. Warehouse Material Coordinator will perform deliveries of storefront related material to buildings and areas located within the Anniston Army Depot. The Warehouse Material Coordinator may interact with customers on a daily basis. Other duties include but are not limited to: Receive product into inventory and ensure compliance; verification of material's country of origin and that the correct product was received; daily access to computer systems to perform data entries and other functions as necessary.$ - 0$ - 0$ - 0$ - 0$ - 0$ - 0$ - 0$ - 0$ - 0$ - 0$ - 0$ - 0$ - 0$ - 0$ - 0$ - 0$ - 0$ - 0$ - 0$ - 0
Site Manager1The TLS PV shall provide for a full time working Site Manager who shall be responsible for the competent performance of the work. He/she shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on the Depot at all times during the performance of the work. He/she shall have adequate knowledge of all contracted services, necessary tools, chemicals, consumables, paint or paint related products, other supplies, reporting and documentation, and shall be able to recognize situations or circumstances under which services instructions/specifications may be hazardous to the facilities or to personnel. He/she shall immediately notify the ANAD POC of such situations or circumstances. The Site Manager shall be provided production requirements. The ANAD POC will be available to provide guidance and advice on unusual problems. The Contractor Site Manager shall relay assignments to Contractor personnel. The Site Manager will coordinate and perform all necessary functions to establish and maintain adequate stock and supply levels, ensure successful and timely issuances of supplies, and manage the on-site staff. This individual will act as a liaison with TLS PV’s procurement and customer support operation. The Site Manager shall coordinate all the work, including correcting deficiencies with the ANAD POC and shall be available for supervision of Contractor employees and to accomplish inspections of the work performed under this contract. He/she shall be on Depot during normal working hours. The Site Manager shall make available time necessary to accompany the ANAD POC to inspect worksites and processes during this period. When contract work is performed during other than normal working hours, or when the Site Manager cannot be on the Depot, Site Manager shall appoint a Supervisor/Lead Person to act as Site Manager in his/her absence. This appointment shall be provided electronically to the ANAD POC. Both Site Manager and Supervisor/Lead Person must be accessible by cell phone while on and off Depot property. The cell phone numbers shall be electronically provided to the designated ANAD POC and Contracting Officer prior to the start of work. TAB 2- STOREFRONT LABOR FOR ANNISTON ARMY DEPOT

PRICING PERIOD 1 (24 Months) PRICING PERIOD 2 (24 Months) PRICING PERIOD 3 (24 Months) PRICING PERIOD 4 (24 Months) PRICING PERIOD 5 (24 Months) *The Contractor is required to provide unburdened and fully burdened hourly labor rates in United States Dollars for each of the employees listed. Please note, fully burdened hourly labor rates must include all the direct, indirect, general and administrative costs, and profit associated with providing the required personnel (employee costs only).

The burdened hourly wage rate per employee is calculated into a burdened monthly wage rate per employee as follows:

**Burden Hourly Wage Rate per employee x 8 = Burden Daily Wage Rate per employee.

***Burden Daily Wage Rate per employee x 5 = Burden Weekly Wage Rate per employee.

****Burden Weekly Wage Rate per employee x 4 = Burden Monthly Wage Rate per employee.

Burden Monthly Wage Rate per employee x number of employees on colunm C= Total Burdened Monthly Wage Rate Per Period.

The Contractor must take into consideration the requirements for employing personnel in the Southeast Region Zone 1 including minimum wage rates.
