About this file
Summary
This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) issued by DLA Weapons Support Maritime Supply Chain on October 8, 2026, for the procurement of one Globe Valve (NSN 4820-01-060-3441). The requisition number is N2184753580823, and the RFQ number is SPE7M1-27-Q-0046. Quotations must be submitted to the issuing office by October 19, 2026, with delivery required 30 days after date of order (ADO) to Carrier Outfitting Material Support Center in Suffolk, Virginia. The pricing terms are firm fixed price, and the solicitation is designated as an emergency buy with expedited delivery requested; both price and delivery will be evaluated for award. This is not a small business set-aside.
The RFQ incorporates the DLA Master Solicitation for Automated Simplified Acquisitions Revision 105 and applies the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. The valve is a critical application item requiring engineering source approval and must comply with MIL-STD-1330E and numerous federal requirements including hazardous material identification, safeguarding of covered defense information, and prohibitions on certain telecommunications equipment and ByteDance applications. Award may be made prior to the closing date to the offeror whose quote represents the best value considering past performance, offered delivery, and price.
