About this file

This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) issued by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Weapons Support Maritime Supply Chain ESOC Buys for a single adapter connector component (NSN 5935-01-677-8181) required for the USS Arleigh Burke DDG 51. The RFQ number is SPE7M0-27-Q-0168, issued on October 29, 2026, with quotations due by November 5, 2026. This is not a small business set-aside. The required item is an Adapter Connector manufactured by The Connectivity Center, Inc. (CAGE 38JM6) with part number 41099, with a quantity of one unit (EA) needed.

The delivery requirement is 30 days after date of order (ADO) to FPO AE 09565 via vessel shipment. Pricing is on a firm fixed price basis with zero percent quantity variance (plus/minus 0%), and inspection and acceptance occur at destination. The solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program and incorporates the DLA Master Solicitation for Automated Simplified Acquisitions Revision 105. This is flagged as an unusual and compelling emergency requirement with expedited delivery requested, and the government reserves the right to award prior to the closing date based on both price and delivery considerations. Payment will be processed through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. The solicitation incorporates multiple FAR and DFARS clauses including representations regarding telecommunications services, ByteDance covered applications, safeguarding defense information, and employment reports on veterans.
