About this file
This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) issued by DLA Land and Maritime for the acquisition of ship control consoles.
The solicitation (SPE7M0-26-Q-1324) was issued on September 30, 2026, with quotations due by October 12, 2026. The requirement is for seven ship control consoles (NSN 2030-01-654-7011), each priced as a firm fixed price line item with a delivery requirement of 30 days after date of order (ADO). All items are to be inspected and accepted at destination, with FOB Origin terms applying. Each console will be delivered to W81XCU (W8SE MI ARNG FMS 16B) located at 1170 E Portage Avenue, Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan 49783-2461, with markings and packaging in accordance with MIL-STD-129 and MIL-STD-2073-1E. The solicitation emphasizes this is an urgent and compelling emergency requirement marked as Priority 01 Emergency Buy, with expedited delivery requested and the government reserving the right to award prior to the closing date. Award will be based on best value considering past performance, offered delivery, and price. The contractor must comply with extensive federal contracting requirements including DFARS clauses related to cybersecurity, safeguarding covered defense information, prohibited telecommunications equipment, hazardous materials handling, small business representations, and payment submission via the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system. The NAICS code 333998 applies, with a corresponding small business size standard available at the SBA website. This is not a small business set-aside.
