About this file

This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) issued by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Weapons Support Land Supply Chain for a parts kit related to vehicle seat assemblies (NSN 2540-01-560-4333).

The quotation must be submitted through DIBBS by November 10, 2026. The required delivery date is 495 days after order (approximately April 9, 2028), with FOB at origin and inspection and acceptance at origin. The item is priced as firm fixed price, with no quantity variance permitted. The quoted supplies must be of domestic origin unless otherwise indicated. Offerors are encouraged to submit price break information, which may be used for award at increased quantities without further solicitation. Award will be made to the offeror whose quote conforms to solicitation requirements and represents best value, considering past performance, offered delivery, and price. The quotation must remain valid for 90 days from the close of business date. The NAICS code 336390 applies, with a corresponding small business size standard referenced via the SBA website. The RFQ is not a small business set-aside.

The solicitation includes strict technical and quality requirements involving first article testing (FAT) with contractor testing of one unit, coordinated through the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). Supplies must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E packaging standards and MIL-STD-129 marking requirements. Sampling shall follow MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331. The kit comprises multiple part pieces governed by various technical drawings and revisions. Payment will be processed through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system, with invoices and receiving reports submitted per DFARS requirements. The delivery address is DLA Distribution Red River in Texarkana, Texas. Additional representations and certifications per FAR and DFARS provisions must be completed by the quoter.
