However, during Industry Day the Government indicated that there would be five key positions and only five resumes required and no letters of intent. Please clarify the number of key personnel resumes required to be submitted with offeror proposals and whether letters of intent are required.

Answer 1: Offerors decide the number of resumes. Letter of Intent only applies to those key personnel that are not currently employed by the Contractor. For those key personnel, Contractor shall submit a letter of intent signed by the proposed key personnel to accept the proposed position. See Amendment 0001.

3.17 states no more than 14 trips per period of performance. Should the travel needs in 3.15 be addressed in the formulation of the price in the applicable CLIN or will the CLIN associated with 3.17 adjust to meet all travel needs within the PWS?

PWS Section 3.17 and 3.15 3.15: The Contractor shall provide separate training for all DLA sites excluding DLA Energy and DLA Energy. EBS training support involves up to 8 site locations and up to 22 trips for an approximate 20 events per year.

Answer 2: If travel is required to perform any task, the Contracting Officer Representative will send a travel request to the Contractor. Question 5: Will the government use price templates 3.3.2.1 - 3.3.2.5 as a cumulative or will the government use price template 3.3.2.1 - 3.3.2.5 and 3.7.2.1 - 3.7.2.5 as cumulative? Can you speak a little more as to how and which tables are to be submitted to capture full price.
