A. The below questions and answers are provided in response to offeror queries:

QUESTIONS/SP4500-15-R-0007/CORPUS CHRISTI

1. The oil/water separators- are they above ground or underground?

ANSWER: They are primarily underground.

2. When there is a confined space entry is it required to have a rescue team and if so is that provided? *** Must abide by all OSHA standards as pertaining to confined space. And is there any equipment provided or are we responsible for all of it, including the rigging.

ANSWER: -The Contractor shall provide everything required to perform the service.

3. CLIN 6351 - is that for all the paint booth cleaning, equipment and personnel? If so I see that there is clins for 6355cc, 6355cf,6355ct that look like they are the break down of the previous clin. Can you provided some clarification on that?

ANSWER:

-6351 - includes cleaning all the paint booths and their components under one CLIN (all-inclusive, including hydro blasting floors).

-6355CC - service to provide hydro blasting of one paint booth floor.

-6355CF - Cleaning of the 40, 000 gl paint booth and its components, excluding hydro blasting the floor.

-6355CT - Cleaning of one of the 10,000 gl paint booth and its components, excluding hydro blasting the floor.

4. The domestic wastewater treatment beds- again are they true sewage?

ANSWER: They are treated solids, not true sewage.

5. Dry beds- how many total are there, when you read the solicitation they have more listed then we saw?

ANSWER: -Please refer to the PWS.

6. The scrap area and employee. I know he is full time but can you provide some detail on what he actually does.

ANSWER: Refer to PWS for list of duties.

7. Approximately how many days expected to clean out the dry beds in the past?

ANSWER: - This is dependent upon the number of personnel that the contractor provides and the number of rain days. As an example, one of the last Task Orders went for approximately 3 weeks from start to finish (when the last rolloff shipped out).

8. What is the difference between provide rolloff CLINS versus rolloff rentals CLINS. i.e. clin 6372( to provide the rolloff with 30 days rental, see para 3.6a) and 6382(30 days(ea) rental only, see para 3.6b).

ANSWER: The 'provide' clin includes the drop fee, plus the rolloff being onsite for up to 30 days.

The 'rental' clin may apply if the Generator requires the rolloff to be onsite for 31 days or longer, broken down in increments as outlined in the PWS. The rental clin does not include the rolloff drop.
