About this file
This is an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract document issued by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Distribution Acquisition Operations for solicitation SP3300-26-Q-0244 regarding barrier material for a Red River requirement.
The amendment extends the offer due date from 5:00 PM EST on August 14, 2026 to 5:00 PM EST on August 18, 2026. The document includes answers to vendor questions submitted during the question period. The solicitation requires two items: (1) Material, Barrier, 36 inches nominal width by 600 feet nominal length, water/vapor-proofed, flexible, with 0.03 GM maximum water vapor transmission rate per 100 square inches in 24 hours, 50 pounds per inch minimum break strength, 10 pounds minimum puncture resistance, conforming to MIL-PRF-131 Class 3 with scrim backing; and (2) Flat Kraft Wrap, Poly #1, 36 inches by 200 yards, consisting of 60-pound natural kraft paper/polyethylene structure, greaseproof, waterproof, flexible, heat sealable, 7 mils thick, convertible to sheets, tubing, and bags, Type I, Class 1, Grade A roll stock, conforming to MIL-PRF-121G with specification MSP1505. One clarification was provided in response to vendor questions: heat-treated 4-way pallets that are not winged are acceptable for shipment if undamaged and safe to ship, despite the original RFQ requirement for winged pallets.
