A: No, please see CLIN description in CSS; Equivalent to DLU425-366-6.

5. Q: Can the Government please confirm whether documentation demonstrating FDA compliance for indirect food contact is required to be submitted with the quote, or if such documentation will be requested only after apparent award?

A: No

6. Q: Does the Government require identification of the label manufacturer or brand name (e.g., “equal to” products) within the quote submission, or is certification of compliance with the stated specifications sufficient?

A: Yes, please include the name of the manufacturer in your quote.

7. Q: Please confirm the required delivery timeframe after award. Additionally, are partial deliveries permitted, or is delivery required as a single complete shipment?

A: The Government intends for the vendor to choose a delivery timeframe that is realistic and achievable. Expedited shipping is highly appreciated but not expected or at an additional cost to the Government.
